THE HARD TRUTH

Black-led organizations (BLOs) are grossly under-resourced.
Due to the large number of BLOs and fragmented efforts, the masses of Black people are bombarded with millions of conflicting messages.

When Black leaders misuse resources, do not speak to the concerns of or take action that is in the best interest of the people they are serving, there is no system to hold them accountable.

By and large, our model for liberating ourselves relies on mobilization; not organization.
